SzenarienLERNstatt (in German only)
Die Szenarienlernstatt ist ein digitales Weiterbildungsformat für Strategische Vorausschau. In drei praxisnahen Online-Modulen á 4 Stunden lernen Teilnehmende aus Verwaltung, Politik, Zivilgesellschaft, Verbänden und Forschung Methoden der Strategischen Vorausschau kennen, um gemeinsam Szenarien zu wichtigen Zukunftsthemen Deutschlands zu entwickeln. Dabei geht es auch darum, Implikationen zu verstehen und konkrete Handlungsoptionen abzuleiten. Teilnehmende analysieren komplexe Umfelder, erkunden mögliche Zukunftspfade und antizipieren relevante Dynamiken. Ziel ist es, Handlungsfelder und Optionen für eine proaktive Zukunftsgestaltung zu identifizieren und den Austausch zwischen unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen zu fördern.
Foresight methods for state authorites
Foresight Intelligence's seminar "Foresight methods for state authorites" aims to provide decision makers in state ministries and agencies with the basic skillset and knowledge that will enable them to tackle relevant future issues in a targeted manner, design and tender foresight processes and oversee their implementation. To this end, the 20-hour seminar (5 x 4 hours) teaches essential ways of thinking about foresight; introduces the theoretical foundations, concepts and terminology of strategic foresight; and compares different methods and their areas of application.
Complexity- and future management
For executives in the business world, we offer a wide range of training formats for dealing with complexity and the future. We not only provide an overview of approaches and methods, but also develop individually tailored tools that are applied in practice in the group. Participants also learn how to plan the application and implementation of the tool with their own team. Our seminars for complexity and future management are designed to help companies prepare their executives to deal with specific challenges in a targeted, practical, individual and effective way.
In-house scenario workshops for teams
Our scenario workshops offer companies a practical space to address transformation topics (digitalization, decarbonization, future of work, etc.) in a targeted manner. As part of the scenario process, we jointly analyze relevant trends and make key uncertainty factors visible. The focus is on promoting contextual thinking and making complex dependencies understandable. Finally, potential risks and opportunities are identified in order to make well-founded strategic decisions. This structured approach creates a clear basis for actively shaping transformation in a future-oriented and effective manner.
