Foresight Intelligence is an organizational consultancy based in Berlin. We use strategic foresight and other forms of structured group communication for strategy and organizational development.
Our Approach: Foresight Intelligence
Foresight Intelligence is not only our company name, but also a unique approach to analyzing complex business environments and dealing with uncertain futures. Our approach combines methods for analyzing complex systems, anticipating uncertain futures and organizational development (hence the three dots in our logo). Much of our approach revolves around structured communication and workshops.
Services
Consultancy
In our consulting projects, we help our clients to deal with complexity and uncertain futures by designing customized strategic foresight processes that combine normative and explorative approaches. We aim to align strategy development and action planning with mission statements and visions, as well as to make them robust with regard to alternative scenarios.
Analyses
We create scientific analyses for our clients that not only provide decision-relevant findings, but above all focus on options for action and their implementation. With our Future Readiness Assessment, for example, we offer organizations a time-efficient and comprehensive analysis of their future readiness and develop tailored interventions for optimization.
Trainings
We offer target group-specific seminars on the methodology of strategic foresight and complexity management and conduct future workshops on various transformation topics.
Event formats
We offer a variety of event formats to actively shape the future: from interactive labs and innovative future conferences to collaborative research and dialog formats that promote participation and exchange. With Open Space Technology, Strategy Sprint, Appreciative Inquiry, Project Canvas and other formats, we make it possible to jointly develop new ideas and work out forward-looking solutions.
